In 2010, we added real estate consultancy and construction to our line of business. We stepped into the sector, especially with the projects we have done in the Bodrum Peninsula. Bitez Mansion Project

Our land was purchased in 2008 and its construction was completed in 2010. • Total land area of 3,200 square meters • One main house and 5 separate outbuildings • Our project was sold in 2015.

Bitez Evacon Project

• The land was purchased in 2018. • 3 Blocks • 6 Duplex + 6 Flat Flats • The land was designed and licensed and sold as a project. In addition to these, we continue to buy and sell real estate in Bodrum with a wide portfolio.
